Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Electronics Repair Engineer specializing in Card Repair & R&D. The position demands deep hands-on expertise in PCB and card-level repair, component-level troubleshooting, and hardware research and development. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct hands-on PCB and card-level repair operations. • Perform in-depth analog and digital circuit troubleshooting. • Execute precision rework involving SMD, BGA, IC, and MOSFET components. • Carry out high-precision soldering and board reworking. • Utilize test and measurement equipment including oscilloscopes and multimeters. • Lead hardware debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), failure analysis, and functional testing. • Carry out reverse engineering and embedded hardware repair. • Support ongoing electronics research and development (R&D) activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of relevant experience in electronics repair and R&D. • Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in ECE, Electronics, EEE, Instrumentation, or a related field. • Mandatory Requirement: Immediate joiners only. • Location Requirement: Candidate must be currently residing in Gurugram / Gurgaon. • Preferred Industry Background: Telecom, Networking, EMS, Industrial Electronics, Medical Electronics, Defence, Embedded Systems, Consumer Electronics, Power Electronics, or Automation.
