### Role & Company / Project Overview TekisHub is seeking an experienced Learning Design Strategist to lead enterprise learning frameworks and curriculum strategy in Toronto, Ontario. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Define overarching learning strategy and curriculum design frameworks. • Provide program leadership, oversight, and governance across corporate training portfolios. • Drive training adoption, change readiness, and impact measurement. • Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools to enhance strategic learning programs. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in learning strategy and curriculum design. • Strong background in program leadership and governance. • Demonstrated success in training adoption and measurement. • Practical experience utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern AI tools. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Toronto, ON, Canada • Employment Type: Full-Time • Work Model: 4 Days Onsite + 1 Day Remote • Final Interview: Onsite in Toronto, ON ### Application Instructions Forward your resume to the email listed in the contact section.
