### Role & Company / Project Overview TekisHub is hiring an experienced Business Analyst for a full-time role based in Toronto, Ontario, working on enterprise and technology initiatives. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead requirements gathering and business process discovery sessions. • Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. • Facilitate collaboration and manage relationships across diverse business and technical stakeholders. • Leverage Jira, Confluence, and Agile ceremonies to drive project delivery. • Maintain familiarity with AI tools to optimize analysis tasks. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria creation. • Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks. • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management. • Familiarity with AI tools is advantageous. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Toronto, ON, Canada • Employment Type: Full-Time • Work Model: 4 Days Onsite + 1 Day Remote • Final Interview: Onsite in Toronto, ON ### Application Instructions Eligible candidates should submit their resume directly via the provided email in the contact fields.
