### Role & Company / Project Overview TekisHub is hiring a Learning Designer for a full-time position located in Toronto, ON to build dynamic training courses and instructional aids. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials, job aids, and modules. • Conduct presentations and facilitate learning sessions. • Implement AI enablement initiatives into organizational training workflows. • Work with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into digestible content. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and learning development. • Proven ability in presentations and workshop facilitation. • 1+ year of AI enablement experience. • Track record of creating high-quality training materials and job aids. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Toronto, ON, Canada • Employment Type: Full-Time • Work Model: 4 Days Onsite + 1 Day Remote • Final Interview: Onsite in Toronto, ON ### Application Instructions Submit your updated CV via the contact email indicated.
