• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for the position of Manager I – Training for an International Process based in Gurgaon. The role is designed for senior training professionals with 8+ years of experience in managing training operations within an international BPO environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage training teams and trainers. - Oversee new hire training and batch performance. - Monitor training quality, trainee attrition, and overall performance. - Drive coaching and training improvement initiatives across processes. - Track training KPIs, reports, and operational dashboards. - Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, and Quality teams to maintain training effectiveness. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Graduate degree. - Experience: 8+ years in Training Operations. - Strong International BPO experience. - Demonstrated experience in managing and leading training teams. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurgaon, India - Shift Timings: 24×7 Rotational Shifts - Working Days: 5 Days Working • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA (14,00,000 INR per annum) - Facilities: One-Way Cab Facility provided • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV for evaluation.
