Role & Company / Project Overview: Opportunity for a passionate professional to take up the role of Manager – Learning and Development, building talent, developing leaders, and creating impactful learning experiences to drive real organizational difference. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business goals • Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and capability-building initiatives • Drive Leadership & High-Potential (Hi-Potential) Development programs • Manage LMS/LXP and digital learning initiatives • Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and external learning partners • Track learning effectiveness, engagement, and business impact Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8 to 10 years (8+ years) of strong Corporate L&D experience • Proven experience in L&D Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), & Learning Program Design • Strong exposure to Leadership Development, LMS/LXP, & Learning Analytics • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurugram • Work Mode: Work from Office • Working Days: 6 Days a Week Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to share their updated profile to explore this opportunity.
