• Role & Company / Project Overview Opening for Communication Coach in an International BPO based in Gurugram, specifically seeking diversity profiles. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Train, assess, and coach agents on soft skills, voice, accent, and customer communication - Conduct TNI/TNA and drive communication enhancement initiatives - Track agent performance and actively work on attrition and shrinkage metrics • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1–2 years of International BPO experience - At least 1 year as a Communication Coach on paper - Experience with attrition and shrinkage metrics - Diversity profiles only - Excellent communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (On-site) - Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 10 days notice period • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (INR 8,00,000 per annum) • Application Instructions Share your updated resume via DM or email.
