• Role & Company / Project Overview Opportunity for an experienced Quality Analyst in an International BPO setup with voice or blended process operations in Noida. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct quality audits and evaluations across voice or blended customer interactions - Provide constructive feedback, identify quality gaps, and support performance improvement - Ensure compliance with client SLAs and internal standard operating procedures • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience - QA designation must be on paper / reflected in official employment records - Experience in Voice or blended process is required - Excellent communication skills - Relevant experience and designations must be reflected in employment records • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (On-site) - Shifts: Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; up to a 10-day notice period allowed • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹5.20 LPA (INR 5,20,000 per annum) • Application Instructions Share your updated resume via DM or directly to the recruiting team.
