• Role & Company / Project Overview Opening for Team Leader in an International BPO setup managing voice or blended customer support teams in Noida. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage, mentor, and drive performance across team members in a voice or blended process - Ensure operational KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality parameters are consistently met - Monitor team attendance, schedule adherence, shrinkage, and handle day-to-day escalations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience - Team Leader designation must be officially on paper - Experience in voice or blended process - Excellent communication skills - Relevant experience and designation must be reflected in employment records • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (On-site) - Shifts: Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; up to a 10-day notice period allowed • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹6.25 LPA – ₹7 LPA • Application Instructions Submit your updated resume via email or DM.
