• Role & Company / Project Overview Opening for Team Leader in an International BPO setup managing voice or blended operations in Indore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise daily operations, floor management, and team productivity in voice/blended processes - Drive SLA delivery, quality benchmarks, performance coaching, and shrinkage management - Track operational reports and ensure smooth escalations handling • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience - Team Leader designation must be officially on paper - Voice or blended process experience - Graduation is mandatory for Indore positions - Excellent communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (On-site) - Shifts: Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 10 days notice period acceptable • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹6.25 LPA – ₹7 LPA • Application Instructions Send your updated profile/resume via email or message directly.
