• Role & Company / Project Overview We are urgently looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong BPO background to join our International BPO operations in Jaipur. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage team handling and day-to-day operations for an international process. - Drive performance management, meeting operational targets and quality benchmarks. - Support, guide, and monitor team performance to maintain service levels. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - BPO experience is mandatory. - International BPO process experience is a must. - Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience (on paper). - Strong team handling and performance management skills. - Immediate joiners are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: Rotational Shifts. - Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits - Budget: Up to ₹7.25 LPA. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated CV for consideration.
