• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking an experienced Team Leader for an International BPO managing voice or blended process teams in Navi Mumbai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead, coach, and oversee customer support representatives in a voice or blended environment - Monitor team KPIs, SLAs, quality scores, attrition, and shrinkage - Conduct operational reviews and handle real-time escalations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience - Team Leader designation must be officially on paper - Voice or blended process experience - Excellent communication skills - Relevant experience and designation must be reflected in employment records • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site) - Shifts: Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 10-day notice allowed • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹6.25 LPA – ₹7 LPA • Application Instructions Submit your updated CV via email or contact the recruiter.
