• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for International Voice BPO Executives for the C1 US Voice Process in RIICO, Jaipur. The position entails supporting US-based clients with end-to-end voice support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Engage with US customers through international voice channels - Clarify, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming customer queries effectively - Maintain adherence to operational metrics, quality benchmarks, and process guidelines • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience - Prior experience is mandatory - Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are eligible - Strong oral communication skills suitable for US international voice operations • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Days: 5.5 Days per week - Shifts: Rotational shifts - Location: RIICO, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Onsite) • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to INR 33,000 CTC per month • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can apply directly through the authorized contact channels.
