• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process at a BPO facility in RIICO, Jaipur. The position involves interacting with customers over voice calls to address queries and provide assistance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice calls - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and accuracy - Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and communication quality • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience - Graduation is mandatory for fresher candidates - Excellent communication skills are required • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Days: 5.5 Days per week - Shifts: Rotational shifts - Location: RIICO, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Onsite) • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to INR 30,000 CTC per month • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can apply by submitting their profile to the designated recruitment contacts.
