• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for an International Campaign (Voice & Chat) process based in Jaipur. The role involves managing customer interactions across both voice and chat platforms, delivering exceptional service and problem resolution. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer interactions over voice calls and chat channels. - Deliver excellent customer service with professional communication skills. - Address customer queries, issues, and escalations according to campaign service standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Graduates: Freshers are eligible to apply. - Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of Voice & Chat Process experience required. - Communication: Excellent communication skills are mandatory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan - Shifts: Rotational shifts - Week Offs: Rotational week offs • Compensation & Benefits: - Experienced candidates: Up to ₹28,000 in-hand/month - Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand/month - Relocation: 3 days accommodation provided for relocation candidates - Transport: Compulsory cab facility for female employees; daily travel allowance provided for male employees opting out of cab facility • Application Instructions: - Virtual interview process consisting of two rounds (HR round and Operations round), completed in a single day.
