Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for Customer Support / Technical Support executives for the C1 US Voice Process based at our BPO center in RIICO, Jaipur. The role focuses on handling US international voice support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage US customer communications across international voice channels - Deliver technical support and customer query resolutions - Ensure efficient handling of call volumes while maintaining service quality standards • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience - Technical Support or Voice Process experience preferred - Strong verbal English communication and customer-handling abilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Days: 5.5 Days per week - Shifts: Rotational shifts (US shifts) - Location: RIICO, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Onsite) • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to INR 35,000 CTC per month • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to apply via the recruitment team.
