• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent lateral opening for Quality Analyst – QA at an International BPO in Noida. This is an on-site, full-time role dedicated to operational quality standards. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Monitor, evaluate, and enhance quality metrics across operations using 7 QC tools and KPI frameworks within an international BPO setting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 1+ year of International BPO experience as a Quality Analyst - QA designation must be explicitly reflected on official documents - Strong operational knowledge of KPIs and 7 QC Tools - Excellent English communication skills - International BPO background is mandatory • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Noida (Work From Office) - Schedule: 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Up to ₹5.20 LPA • Application Instructions: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to the recruiter.
