Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig location across Telco, Premium Telco, and Video Streaming accounts. Features a streamlined one-day walk-in hiring process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Deliver responsive and high-quality customer service support for telecommunications and digital video streaming platforms • Resolve account, subscription, and technical billing inquiries • Meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction standards Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Telco Account: Open to applicants with or without BPO experience • Premium Telco Account: Requires at least 1 year BPO experience • Video Streaming Account: Open to applicants with or without BPO experience • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Setup: Onsite at Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig • Shift: Rotational / night shifts with 20% Night Differential Compensation & Benefits • Telco Account Salary Package: ₱20,000 - ₱21,000 per month • Premium Telco Account Salary Package: ₱21,000 - ₱29,000 per month • Video Streaming Account Salary Package: ₱21,000 - ₱26,000 per month • 20% Night Differential + Incentive Bonuses Application Instructions • Send your CV via email specifying PM: CSR_LOCATION_Account.
