Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Alphaland location across BFSI and Telco accounts through our one-day walk-in hiring process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide frontline support for banking, financial, and telecommunication customers • Resolve customer questions, process account updates, and handle escalated concerns • Meet productivity, attendance, and quality assurance benchmarks Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • BFSI Account: At least 0 to 6 months experience • Telco Account: At least 3 months call center experience (telco preferred) • Good communication and interpersonal skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Setup: Onsite at Alphaland, Makati / Pasay • Shift: Rotational / night shifts with 20% Night Differential Compensation & Benefits • BFSI Account Salary Package: ₱21,000 per month • Telco Account Salary Package: ₱25,000 per month • 20% Night Differential + Incentive Bonuses Application Instructions • Send your CV via email with format PM: CSR_LOCATION_Account.
