Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our McKinley, Taguig site handling high-volume Travel account operations with a fast-track one-day hiring process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage travel bookings, ticketing inquiries, flight/hotel cancellations, and itinerary changes • Provide thorough and courteous customer assistance for international travelers • Maintain high service quality and compliance with travel partner policies Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Travel Account Requirement: 1 year travel experience OR 6 months Call Center (CC) experience • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer orientation and multitasking ability Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Setup: Onsite at McKinley, Taguig • Shift: Rotational shifts, with 20% Night Differential Compensation & Benefits • Travel Account Salary Package: ₱27,500 per month • 20% Night Differential + Incentive Bonuses Application Instructions • Send your CV via email indicating PM: CSR_LOCATION_Account.
