Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Vertis North location across multiple accounts including BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare. Both experienced BPO professionals and entry-level / first-time applicants are welcome to apply with our one-day walk-in hiring process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution via voice or multichannel customer support • Provide exceptional customer service support tailored to specific client accounts (BFSI, Retail, or Healthcare) • Maintain accuracy and service standards while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • BFSI Account: At least 6 months Call Center (CC) Experience • Retail Account: No experience required (open to freshers) • Healthcare Account: No experience required (open to freshers) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Setup: Onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City • Shift: Rotational shifts, with 20% Night Differential Compensation & Benefits • BFSI Account Salary Package: ₱21,000 - ₱22,000 per month • Retail Account Salary Package: ₱17,000 - ₱21,000 per month • Healthcare Account Salary Package: ₱20,000 per month • 20% Night Differential + Incentive Bonuses Application Instructions • One-day hiring process.
