Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Molino location covering Retail, Financial, and Healthcare lines of business with one-day walk-in hiring process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle incoming calls and queries regarding retail purchases, financial transactions, and healthcare benefits • Provide clear, prompt, and accurate customer support • Document customer interactions and ensure first-call resolution Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Retail Account: No experience required (open to freshers) • Financial Account: At least 1 year US Banking experience (telco preferred) • Healthcare Account: At least 3 months call center experience Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Setup: Onsite at Molino, Bacoor, Cavite • Shift: Rotational / night shifts with 20% Night Differential Compensation & Benefits • Retail Account Salary Package: ₱22,000 per month • Financial Account Salary Package: Up to ₱26,000 per month • Healthcare Account Salary Package: ₱21,000 per month • 20% Night Differential + Incentive Bonuses Application Instructions • Send your CV via email with format PM: CSR_LOCATION_Account.
