Role & Company / Project Overview An immediate hiring opportunity for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) dedicated to a Healthcare Account based in Bridgetowne, Pasig. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle incoming interactions and provide high-quality customer support for healthcare account members and clients. • Assist with inquiries, policy information, and general healthcare account support in compliance with service standards. • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and uphold confidentiality and operational guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Open to College Graduates with or without prior BPO experience. • Candidates who have completed 2 years in college are eligible provided they have at least 6 months of work experience (customer service experience is preferred). • Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Onsite location: Bridgetowne, Pasig, Philippines. • Night differential of 20% applicable for night shift schedules. Compensation & Benefits • Monthly package: Up to PHP 21,000. • HMO coverage starting on Day 1. • 20% Night Differential. • Life and Accident Insurance. • 13th and 14th Month Pay.
