• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for a Healthcare Account located in Bridgetowne, Pasig. This account is beginner-friendly and suitable for newbies. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer inquiries and provide support for healthcare account operations. - Communicate clearly and effectively with clients/customers. - Resolve customer service issues using problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Utilize MS Office applications to document customer interactions and perform related tasks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - College Graduate (with or without BPO experience), OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. - Good English communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office. - Fresh graduates / newbies welcome. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite work location: Bridgetowne, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. - Willingness and availability to work on weekends and holidays. • Compensation & Benefits: - Monthly package: Up to ₱21,000. • Application Instructions: Apply via the online application form or connect via Viber.
