• Role & Company / Project Overview Tychoflash (Pty) Ltd is recruiting an operational Team Leader to supervise daily mining crew activities and uphold safety and performance goals. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Direct and support operational team members during daily mining tasks. - Ensure all team tasks are executed in strict accordance with standard operating procedures and safety standards. - Conduct pre-shift briefings, inspect equipment, and monitor task completion. - Foster team cohesion, high productivity, and immediate escalation of operational bottlenecks or hazards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant supervisory or team leadership qualifications and certifications. - Prior working experience in mining operations. - Strong knowledge of mining safety rules and operational workflows. - Good leadership, interpersonal, and team coordination capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations: Rustenburg and Brits, North West Province, South Africa. • Application Instructions - Submit CV by email, stating the position applied for in the subject line.
