Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Tychoflash (Pty) Ltd is hiring a certified Miner to oversee and execute core extraction and development activities safely and productively. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise and execute drilling, charging, blasting, and excavation operations according to mine plans. - Ensure thorough examination of working places, bar down loose rock, and verify ground support installation. - Enforce mine safety regulations, standard work procedures, and environmental compliance at the face. - Allocate tasks to the mining crew and monitor shift output. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Recognized Blasting Certificate / Miner's Certificate of Competency. - Proven mining industry experience in production or development. - Solid understanding of statutory mining health and safety standards. - Strong team leadership and operational management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations: Rustenburg and Brits, North West Province, South Africa. • Application Instructions - Submit CV by email, indicating the position applied for in the subject line.
