• Role & Company / Project Overview Tychoflash (Pty) Ltd is looking for an experienced Shift Boss to lead, oversee, and optimize shift operations at their mining sites. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and supervise shift mining operations, ensuring planned production and development targets are achieved safely. - Inspect working places to verify compliance with statutory safety standards, ventilation, and rock engineering requirements. - Coordinate logistics, personnel allocation, and equipment availability throughout the shift. - Handle shift handover reporting, incident investigations, and operational troubleshooting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Valid Shift Boss Certificate of Competency and relevant mining trade credentials. - Substantial previous experience in supervisory mining roles. - Thorough understanding of statutory mining regulations, safety procedures, and production methods. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations: Rustenburg and Brits, North West Province, South Africa. • Application Instructions - Send CV via email with 'Shift Boss' stated in the subject line.
