• Role & Company / Project Overview Tychoflash (Pty) Ltd is looking for a qualified Diesel Mechanic to maintain, repair, and overhaul trackless mobile machinery and diesel mining equipment across their North West operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Service, diagnose, repair, and overhaul diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and drivelines on heavy mining equipment. - Conduct pre-use inspections, routine preventive servicing, and emergency breakdown repairs. - Maintain detailed maintenance records and adhere to standard operating procedures. - Enforce strict adherence to mine safety, health, and environmental regulations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant Diesel Mechanic trade certificate and technical qualifications. - Previous experience working on heavy diesel machinery in a mining environment. - Solid working knowledge of mining safety rules and operational standards. - Strong mechanical diagnostic skills and ability to execute tasks independently. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations: Rustenburg and Brits, North West Province, South Africa. • Application Instructions - Submit CV via email with the applied position explicitly mentioned in the subject line.
