Role & Company / Project Overview: Fourways CS Pvt Ltd is hiring skilled ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) for their Pune location. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions. • Handle software discovery and software license reconciliation. • Implement and configure Publisher Packs and SaaS License Management. • Manage HAM/SAM integrations. • Execute workflow development and scripted automation within the ServiceNow platform. • Follow Agile methodology throughout the SDLC lifecycle. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Overall Experience: 7+ Years overall experience. • SAM Experience: Minimum 3 Years of dedicated, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). • Technical Expertise: ServiceNow SAM Pro, Software Discovery & License Reconciliation, Publisher Packs & SaaS License Management, HAM/SAM Integrations, Workflow Development & Scripted Automation. • Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and SDLC Lifecycle.
