Role & Company / Project Overview: Fourways CS is looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developers with extensive hands-on expertise in ITOM implementation, Discovery, and MID Server configuration. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Implement, maintain, and support ServiceNow ITOM modules and architecture. • Setup, configure, and troubleshoot MID Servers across client environments. • Configure and manage Service Mapping, CMDB, and IRE. • Author and maintain JavaScript code, Business Rules, and Script Includes. • Implement Discovery patterns and establish discovery via WMI/SSH protocols. • Build and manage integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub. • Conduct end-to-end troubleshooting, script debugging, and integration resolution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 6 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years of core ITOM domain experience. • Strong hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Discovery Patterns. • In-depth understanding of MID Server setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Strong experience in Service Mapping, CMDB, and IRE. • Proven expertise in WMI, SSH, JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs, and IntegrationHub. • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
