Role & Company / Project Overview: Fourways CS is hiring experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developers with strong hands-on expertise in ITOM implementation, Discovery, and MID Server configuration. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform ServiceNow ITOM implementation, discovery setup, and system configuration. • Handle MID Server setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Implement and maintain Service Mapping, CMDB, and IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine). • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and custom JavaScript. • Execute Discovery and Discovery Patterns configuration using WMI and SSH protocols. • Design, develop, and support REST APIs and IntegrationHub integrations. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ITOM modules and external integrations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 6 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of focused ITOM relevant experience. • Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Discovery Patterns. • Expertise in MID Server setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. • In-depth knowledge of Service Mapping, CMDB, and IRE. • Solid programming and scripting skills in JavaScript, Business Rules, and Script Includes. • Hands-on knowledge of WMI/SSH and integration using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
