Role & Company / Project Overview: Fourways CS is actively hiring experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developers with strong hands-on expertise in ITOM implementation, Discovery, and MID Server configuration. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow ITOM solutions. • Perform MID Server setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Manage Service Mapping, CMDB, and IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine). • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and custom scripts using JavaScript. • Configure discovery patterns and handle WMI/SSH-based discovery. • Develop and maintain REST APIs and IntegrationHub integrations. • Execute end-to-end integration workflows, scripting, and issue resolution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 6 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on ITOM experience. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Discovery Patterns. • Proven experience with MID Server setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience with Service Mapping, CMDB, and IRE. • Proficiency in WMI, SSH, JavaScript, Business Rules, and Script Includes. • Solid background in REST APIs and IntegrationHub. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
