### Role & Company / Project Overview Fourways CS is hiring experienced ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Professionals to join our team in Chennai. The role focuses on managing, automating, and optimizing the hardware asset lifecycle using ServiceNow HAM Pro. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage end-to-end Asset Lifecycle Management across the enterprise. • Oversee and streamline procurement, inventory management, and stockroom management processes. • Implement and configure Asset Discovery and CMDB Integration within ServiceNow. • Handle ServiceNow workflow development and process automation. • Work within Agile methodology and support the complete SDLC lifecycle. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Overall Experience: 7 Years of overall IT experience. • HAM Experience: Minimum 3 Years of dedicated, relevant ServiceNow HAM experience. • Core Competencies: Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro). • Proven experience with Asset Lifecycle Management, Procurement & Inventory Management, and Stockroom Management. • Solid understanding of Asset Discovery, CMDB integration, and related data models. • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow workflow development, automation, Agile practices, and the complete SDLC lifecycle. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Work Setting: Onsite / Office-based. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates with hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM are invited to submit their updated resumes via the provided contact email.
