### Role & Company / Project Overview Fourways Consulting is hiring for a full-time ServiceNow SAM Developer position across India (PAN India). The role focuses on managing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow Software Asset Management solutions. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. - Oversee the software asset lifecycle management, ensuring license compliance and efficient software reclamation. - Handle software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and ongoing software license management. - Work closely with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, workflows, and procedures. - Perform troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, and technical problem-solving within the ServiceNow ecosystem. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. - Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). - Proven experience in SAM configuration, implementation, and customization. - In-depth knowledge of software asset lifecycle management, license compliance, and reclamation. - Solid understanding of software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and ITAM workflows. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: PAN India ### Compensation & Benefits - Standard company compensation structure for full-time roles. ### Application Instructions - Eligible candidates may submit their updated CV/resume for review.
