• Role & Company / Project Overview ADM Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Engineering to lead engineering initiatives and technical projects at its plant in Chakan, Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead plant engineering projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications. - Ensure engineering compliance, oversee preventative maintenance, and drive technical troubleshooting. - Manage engineering personnel and coordinate cross-functionally with production, quality, and safety teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related). - 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in plant engineering or manufacturing engineering. - Strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, and project execution skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra. - Work Mode: On-site. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation commensurate with managerial experience. • Application Instructions - Share your updated CV directly via email.
