• Role & Company / Project Overview A Leading Manufacturing Company is hiring for Assistant Manager – Quality in Pune, Maharashtra. There are 2 vacancies. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee overall quality management and compliance with IATF 16949 standards. - Manage and lead quality systems implementation including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, GD&T, and Control Plans. - Lead problem solving through 8D methodology and handle customer complaints. - Conduct internal, external, and supplier quality audits. - Coordinate supplier quality assurance activities. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Educational Qualification: DME / BE Mechanical. - Experience: 8+ Years of proven quality leadership experience in manufacturing. - Core Skills: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, GD&T, 8D problem solving, quality audits, supplier quality, and customer complaint handling. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month. • Application Instructions - Share updated resume with subject line 'Application – Position Name'.
