• Role & Company / Project Overview: SK Career Solutions is hiring an Assistant Manager Production for a reputed Wiring Harness MNC Company located in Chakan, Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and oversee production activities in the wiring harness manufacturing plant. - Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met with high efficiency. - Implement quality standards, minimize manufacturing defects, and maintain shop-floor discipline. - Manage manpower, line balancing, and material flow. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. - Experience: 5 to 6 years in production. - Industry preference: Wiring Harness or Automobile industry. - Knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness products preferred. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra. - On-site plant role. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month. - Facilities: Bus transportation, Canteen, PF, and all standard company facilities available. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their CV via WhatsApp.
