• Role & Company / Project Overview A Leading Manufacturing Company is hiring for the role of Production Supervisor in Pune, Maharashtra. There are 15 vacancies available (CNC – 10, VMC – 5). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee daily production lines and supervise shop floor operations. - Set up CNC, VMC, and HMC machines. - Perform 2D manual programming. - Execute process planning and cycle time reduction initiatives. - Support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Educational Qualification: ITI / DME / BE (Educational qualification is not mandatory if relevant experience is available). - Experience: 4–6 Years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/machining. - Technical Skills: CNC/VMC/HMC setting, 2D manual programming, process planning, cycle time reduction, PPAP. - Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite). - Shift Details: Female candidates must be ready to work across 3 shifts. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month. • Application Instructions - Share updated resume with subject line 'Application – Position Name'.
