Role & Company / Project Overview: Tirupati CNC Products is hiring a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join the manufacturing team. The core mission of the role is to plan, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes and operational output. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and execute production activities strictly in accordance with the production plan. • Monitor product quality, process compliance, and shop-floor productivity. • Lead the production team, oversee daily operations, and resolve floor-level bottlenecks. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. • Relevant experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment. • Strong proficiency in production planning. • Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities. • Sound problem-solving and process troubleshooting skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. • Onsite manufacturing facility role.
