• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for CNC / VMC Supervisor (01 Position) at a Pvt. Ltd. manufacturing facility located in Waghjai Nagar, Chakan, Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise CNC and VMC machining shop floor operations and machine operators. - Ensure daily production schedules, tooling management, machine setups, and cycle efficiency. - Implement quality standards, troubleshoot machining issues, and minimize machine downtime. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 6–7 Years of solid experience in CNC/VMC Machining Operations. - Strong shop-floor supervision, technical troubleshooting, and team management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Waghjai Nagar, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra, India - Immediate joiners preferred • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/- Per Month (depends on experience and interview performance) • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can call directly for immediate consideration.
