Role & Company / Project Overview: Prachi Fixtures Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting a VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator for precision manufacturing and engineering operations located in Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Operate VMC machinery to machine precision fixtures and components • Execute tool loading, workpiece clamping, work zero offset setting, and machine monitoring • Ensure machining accuracy conforms strictly to blueprints and quality criteria • Perform routine machine maintenance, coolant monitoring, and chip clearing Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on operating experience on VMC machines in precision engineering • Ability to inspect components using precision instruments • Willingness to work in rotating day and night shifts Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra • Working Hours & Shifts: 12-hour duty, Day and Night shifts Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary offered based on skills, hands-on experience, and interview evaluation Application Instructions: • Interested applicants may send their resume to the company email or call the contact numbers provided.
