Role & Company / Project Overview: Prachi Fixtures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Surface Grinding Operator to join their precision manufacturing team based in Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Set up, adjust, and operate surface grinding machinery for high-precision components • Ensure flat surfaces meet specified finishes and tight dimensional tolerances • Select proper grinding wheels, dress wheels, and manage work holding • Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision measuring gauges Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Practical experience in surface grinding operations within an engineering or tooling environment • Proficiency in precision measuring instruments and blueprint reading • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra • Working Hours: Generally 12 hours; some positions may have 10-hour shifts (hours may vary) Compensation & Benefits: • Remuneration based on skills, relevant experience, and interview performance Application Instructions: • Candidates can forward their updated resume to the recruitment email or call the contact numbers provided.
