Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Prachi Fixtures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a CNC Operator to produce precision-engineered components and fixtures at their plant in Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Operate CNC machines according to engineering drawings and technical instructions • Load raw materials, mount fixtures, and set up cutting tools • Monitor machine cycles, identify deviations, and adjust machine offsets as needed • Inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Prior experience or ITI/diploma training in CNC machine operation • Understanding of machining parameters, tooling, and dimensional tolerances • Ability to work rotating shifts, including day and night duties Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra • Working Hours & Shifts: 12-hour duty, Day and Night shifts Compensation & Benefits: • Based on technical skills, relevant experience, and interview performance Application Instructions: • Forward your updated CV to the company's hiring email or contact the HR team by telephone.
