Role & Company / Project Overview: Prachi Fixtures Pvt. Ltd. (PFPL) has an opening for Helpers to assist in everyday workshop, machining, and engineering operations at their Pune manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide general shop-floor assistance to machine operators, fitters, and senior technicians • Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished parts • Support tooling setup and maintain clean, organized work areas • Follow workshop safety instructions and support miscellaneous plant duties Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Willingness to work in a precision manufacturing plant environment • Hardworking, disciplined, and able to perform physical workshop tasks • Prior factory or engineering workshop helper experience is advantageous Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra • Working Hours: Generally 12 hours; some positions may have 10-hour shifts (hours may vary) Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation based on interview performance, experience, and capability Application Instructions: • Submit an updated resume or reach out directly to the company via email or contact phone numbers.
