• Role & Company / Project Overview ADM Group is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the position of Engineer – Production to join their manufacturing operations at Chakan, Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise and drive shop-floor manufacturing and production operations to meet daily output targets. - Ensure operational discipline, adherence to safety guidelines, and optimal machinery utilization. - Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and process engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or relevant Engineering field. - 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing production operations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra. - Work Mode: On-site. • Compensation & Benefits - As per company norms and candidate experience level. • Application Instructions - Send an updated CV to the recruitment team.
