Role & Company / Project Overview: Union Living is hiring a hospitality-driven Residence Manager to lead our co-living community in Pune (Baner-Balewadi). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and lead the co-living residential community operations. - Maintain operational standards, handle resident concerns with empathy, and drive community engagement. - Ensure smooth facility management and operational excellence across the property. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Preferably from a Hospitality or Hotel Management background. - Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of relevant work experience in Facility Management or Co-working. - Skillset: Strong operational grip, resident empathy, and a proactive mindset. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune (Baner-Balewadi), Maharashtra, India. - On-site co-living residential management. Compensation & Benefits: - Package: Up to INR 36,000 per month. - Stay / Accommodation: Not included (may be considered).
