• Role & Company / Project Overview Hire Me is hiring a Site Supervisor (2 Posts) in the Construction industry for a project site located at Pinlon Housing, Quarter 3, North Dagon Township, Yangon. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Project Manager, Site Engineer, Subcontractors နှင့် Suppliers များအကြား လုပ်ငန်းညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း (Coordinate site work between Project Manager, Site Engineer, subcontractors, and suppliers). - Approved Drawings နှင့် Specifications များအတိုင်း လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း (Inspect and supervise construction activities according to approved drawings and specifications). - Labour, Construction Materials, Tools နှင့် Equipment များကို စီမံထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း (Manage and control site labour, construction materials, tools, and equipment). - Subcontractor များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်မှုကို စောင့်ကြည့်ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း (Monitor and supervise the progress of subcontractors). - Site Safety Rules နှင့် PPE အသုံးပြုမှုများကို လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း (Enforce site safety rules and proper PPE compliance). - Daily Site Report, Labour Records နှင့် Progress Reports များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း (Prepare and submit daily site reports, labour records, and progress reports). - လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အခက်အခဲများနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းနောက်ကျမှုများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Manager ထံ တင်ပြခြင်း (Report site issues, challenges, and delays to the relevant manager). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ (Graduate degree holder or relevant professional experience). - Construction Site လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၂ နှစ်ရှိသူ (Minimum 2 years of experience on construction sites). - Daily Site Activities များကို ကြီးကြပ်နိုင်သူ (Ability to supervise daily site activities). - Labour နှင့် Subcontractors များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်သူ (Capable of managing labour and subcontractors). - Material In/Out Records နှင့် Stock Balance များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူ (Ability to systematically track material in/out records and stock balances). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM - Working Days: Monday – Saturday - Off Days: Sundays & Public Holidays - Work Location: Pinlon Housing, Quarter 3, North Dagon Township, Yangon • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: 700,000 MMK (7 Lakhs) - Benefits: Meal Allowance, TC Charges, B2B Plan & OT (Overtime) • Application Instructions Interested candidates may apply by sending their CV or contacting via Viber/email.
