Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Kagyi Group Of Co., Ltd is urgently hiring an experienced and highly capable Chief Engineer (Civil) / Head of Project to lead construction and engineering operations across their Mining, Healthcare, and Infrastructure industry sectors. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Monitor project progress, schedules, equipment, materials, and site productivity. - Review and approve engineering drawings, structural designs, and construction methods. - Lead and mentor site engineers, project managers, and technical teams. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction codes, and quality standards. - Manage QA/QC processes and data validation. - Control project budgets, resources, contractor payments, and equipment procurement. - Identify and resolve technical issues, risks, and design conflicts. - Coordinate with geotechnical, hydraulic, environmental, and utility specialists. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. - Professional Engineer (PE) License is required. - 15+ years of relevant experience in construction and engineering. - Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and local building codes. - Proficiency in structural design and project management software. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills. - Willingness to work on-site and in varying weather conditions. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. - Off Days: Saturday and Sunday (Weekends off). - Public Holidays observed. - Work Mode: Onsite project leadership. • Compensation & Benefits - Benefits include lunch, ferry service, coffee, and phone bill allowance. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply immediately by contacting the hiring team via phone or submitting their CV to the official recruitment email.
