Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Production Line Supervisor (Food Production) to oversee daily production line operations. The position belongs to the Manufacturing / Production Department and reports directly to the Production Manager at the supervisor job level. The core objective is to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest levels of product quality, safety, efficiency, and optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets and schedules. • Monitor production efficiency, machine performance, material usage, and downtime. • Ensure full compliance with quality, food safety, health, and environmental safety standards. • Plan and manage manpower requirements and monitor overall workforce productivity. • Coordinate closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime. • Monitor raw and packaging material availability and utilization throughout the production cycle. • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce material waste. • Lead, coach, and develop production line personnel. • Prepare accurate and timely production and operational reports. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production supervisory experience. • Sound knowledge of manufacturing/food production processes, machinery, and safety standards. • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and people-management skills. • Continuous improvement mindset. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Shwe Than Lwin Industrial Zone, Hlaing Thar Yar, Yangon, Myanmar. • Work setup: Onsite.
