Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent job opening for MEP Supervisor with Al Sartaj Management Services for an Operations & Maintenance Project in Qatar within the Facility Management Industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) related operations and building maintenance systems. • Utilize and manage CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems for maintenance scheduling, task tracking, and operations reporting. • Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of maintenance and service activities across MEP systems. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 8 years of relevant technical experience in MEP-related systems. • Working knowledge and proficiency in CAFM systems. • Mandatory Gulf experience. • ECNR passport holders only; freshers are not eligible. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Qatar. • Working Hours: 8 hours duty per day plus overtime (OT). • Contract Duration: 2-year contract. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: QR 3,000 per month. • Free food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company. • Other benefits as per Qatar Labour Law.
